Sixty-six. That’s the average number of days it takes for a new behavior to become automatic. That’s quite a bit longer from the 21 days I’ve heard all my life. What ever the magic number is, who really knows? What I do know is that habit trackers are helpful in forming new habits, and building healthy habits are important.
